1/2 Cup of Oatmeal (Quick or Regular)
1 Cup of Half & Half (Milk is also good)
2 TSP Sugar
1/2 Vanilla Bean
Scrape the seeds from the bean with a sharp paring knife.
Combine the oatmeal, half & half, sugar, and bean pod and seeds in a sauce pan
Cook for the time recommended on the package stirring occasionally.
